1. Scope of Application
  1. This service is provided by Diem, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
  2. These Terms of Service apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of this service.
  3. The Company may establish individual rules or provisions (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Provisions”) in addition to these Terms of Service for the use of this service. Regardless of their name, such Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms of Service.
  4. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms of Service and the Individual Provisions, unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall prevail.
2. User Registration
  1. In this service, user registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms of Service, applies for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
  2. The Company may refuse to approve an application for registration if it determines that any of the following applies to the applicant, and shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons:
    1. The applicant has submitted false information when applying for registration
    2. The applicant has violated these Terms of Service in the past
    3. Any other reason that the Company deems the registration inappropriate
3. Management of User ID and Password
  1. Users shall properly manage their user ID and password for this service at their own responsibility.
  2. Users shall not, under any circumstances, transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with any third party. the Company shall deem any login using the combination of user ID and password matching registered information as usage by the registered user themselves.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of a user ID and password by a third party unless due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
4. Prohibited Acts
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this service:
  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activity
  3. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or trademark rights, included in this service
  4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functioning of servers or networks of the Company, other users, or third parties
  5. Commercial use of information obtained through this service
  6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company’s services
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts thereto
  8. Collection or accumulation of personal information, etc., concerning other users
  9. Use of this service for fraudulent purposes
  10. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
  11. Impersonating other users
  12. Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or business activities on this service without permission from the Company
  13. Acts aimed at meeting unacquainted members of the opposite sex
  14. Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the Company’s services
  15. Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
5. Suspension of Service Provision
  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following applies:
    1. Maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to this service
    2. In the event of force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters, making it difficult to provide this service
    3. When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
    4. Any other situation in which the Company determines that it is difficult to provide this service
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.
6. Usage Restrictions and Cancellation of Registration
  1. The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of this service or cancel user registration if the user falls under any of the following:
    1. Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service
    2. Discovery of false statements in registered information
    3. No response from the user for a certain period despite contact from the Company
    4. No usage of this service for a certain period since the last use
    5. Any other reason for which the Company determines that use of this service is inappropriate
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to actions taken under this Article.
7. Withdrawal
Users may withdraw from this service by following the procedures prescribed by the Company.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  1. The Company makes no express or implied warranties that this service is free of factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, rights infringements, etc.) in terms of safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or security.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the use of this service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
  3. The Company shall not be involved in or liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties in relation to this service.
9. Changes to Service Content
The Company may change, add, or discontinue the content of this service without prior notice to users, and users shall consent to such changes.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
  1. The Company may change these Terms of Service without obtaining individual consent from users in the following cases:
    1. When changes to these Terms of Service conform to the general interests of users
    2. When changes are not contrary to the purpose of these Terms of Service, and such changes are reasonable in light of the necessity of the changes, the appropriateness of the content after the changes, and other circumstances relating to the changes
  2. The Company shall notify users in advance of any changes to these Terms of Service, the contents of the changes, and the effective date of the changes.
11. Handling of Personal Information
The Company shall properly handle personal information obtained through the use of this service in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
12. Notices and Communications
Notices or communications between users and the Company shall be made in a manner determined by the Company. Unless a user submits a change notification in a manner separately determined by the Company, the Company shall consider the currently registered contact information as valid and shall deem notifications or communications sent thereto as having reached the user at the time of transmission.
13. Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations
Users may not transfer or pledge their contractual status under the usage agreement or their rights or obligations under these Terms of Service to a third party without prior written consent from the Company.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
15. Copyright Notice
  1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights for images and content related to “Granblue Fantasy” displayed on this website belong to Cygames, Inc.
  2. This website is not an official service of Cygames, Inc.
  3. Copyrights for original content created by this website (including text, design, and aggregated data) belong to the Company.
